Service charges of ₹ 5000/- +GST per webinar per hour apply. The soft copy of the Invoice will be sent through email, and the Original hard copies will be sent through the Post office. The Role of AI Chat Rubber Polymers in Promotional Webinars:

AI Chat Rubber Polymers facilitates the organization of seminars through Microsoft Teams or analogous web messaging Apps.
It generally gathers participants in a dedicated WhatsApp group, providing necessary links and information.
If speakers or content creation are needed, AI Chat can arrange this from interested core members willing to present papers for an additional cost separate from the webinar subscription fee. The organizer and selected speakers, who must be paid members of AI Chat Rubber Polymers, will mutually agree upon payment terms and conditions.
Webinar topics will be prominently featured on the website for easy reference. Additionally, webinars will be promoted across various groups and social media platforms to reach a wider audience. However, arranging audiences for promotional webinars is the sole responsibility of the organizer promoting their products.
Individuals approved by the organization to promote their products can attend the webinars, regardless of their membership status with AI Chat Rubber Polymers.

About Technical Webinars:

AI Chat Rubber Polymers provides technologists with the opportunity to offer webinars on anything directly or indirectly related to the field of rubber and Plastics Industries. AI Chat Rubber Polymers will help inform rubber and fraternity members within and outside the group across the globe about the topic of the webinar.

The speaker must be a subscriber or member of AI Chat Rubber Polymers and hold a Diploma with a minimum of 15 years of experience. For those with BTech or MTech qualifications or above, a minimum of 8 years of experience, directly or indirectly related to the field of rubber and plastics industries is required.
Topics must be industry-relevant with practical field content aimed at benefiting the industry.
Content should be well-drafted, application-oriented, and supported by data or references from relevant technical articles or papers to directly benefit industry professionals.
Webinar charges range between ₹ 500 and ₹ 600, inclusive of GST, and must run for a minimum of two hours with a Q&A session. After deducting 18% GST, 22% for processing and income tax and app subscription charges, and 10% for TDS, 50% of the total amount collected will be reimbursed to the speaker. Speakers must provide a payment receipt in a specified format after calculation to receive the remaining 50% money.
Webinars should not be repeated within a three-month period. However, for first-time presentations, two flexible days per week can be chosen at mutually agreed-upon times with AI Chat Rubber Polymers.
AI Chat Rubber Polymers is open to partnerships with similar forums for mutual benefit.
